It’s been a while like over a month! Things have been crazy but now that life has slowed down I can finally update a bunch of recipes I have made. I’ll start with the recipe I made today for lunch. So I saw this recipe and knew I needed to try it. I’ve been wanting to make rolled tacos for the longest time and this recipe was perfect!It was super easy to make and it tastes amazing. If you’ve ever had taco dip that’s what the mixture reminded me of. I highly suggest this its quick and delicious!
BAKED CREAMY CHICKEN TAQUITOS
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup green salsa
- 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice (juice from half a lime)
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp chopped cilantro
- 2 Tbsp sliced green onions
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup shredded Mexican flavored cheese
- small flour or corn tortillas
- kosher salt
- cooking spray
Preheat your oven to 425˚F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
