Turkey Sloppy Joe’s

Ah I’m bad about updating. Luckily no one really reads this! haha. Anyways, last week (bad I know!) I made Turkey Sloppy Joe’s. I have had this weird desire to make them and when I saw a turkey recipe I knew it was meant to be. The recipe was easy to make. The hard part of the whole situation was separating the onions from half the turkey mixture so Chad wouldn’t accidently eat one. The verdict? Chad really enjoyed the turkey sloppy Joe’s. I thought they had a lot of flavor and it made a ton…after cutting the recipe in half!

Turkey Sloppy Joes

2 Tbsp tomato paste

Place turkey in a skillet and season with brown sugar. Mix and brown. Add onion and cook until meat is browned. Add vinegar and worcestershire, cook 5 minutes. Add tomato sauce and paste, cook additional 5 minutes. Place on whole grain burgerbuns (not included in calorie count). Enjoy!
